Ted's Grill was on West End Road, it was where the Clarendon Car Park now stands, they were good fish and chips in the 70's. We like Atkinsons and Blackburns off pedder street. That is the one, but dont think it was west end road, as thats where i stay on hotels, and i think it was the next street along maybe morecambe antiques site.... would lpve to find a old photo of The Grill

20 quid says Teds was on what it is now the Clarendon Hotel Car Park, go into Blackburns on Pedder Street and ask the bloke who owns it (Roland). He learnt his trade under Ted. Fond memories of childhood holidays..........

Next time we're up there we must pay that one a visit, not that I'm a great fan of chips but now and again they are OK and especially when eaten out in the open air at the seaside for some reason. Coachman is on a healthy kick at the moment so mustn't mention any chips to him unless they are weightwatchers oven chips.

That link for the old photo didn't work Brian. The @ in the address has confused the forum software. If you copy and paste the whole line into a browser then it opens just fine.
