Hi All again. How can you tell that I like pictures. ;D

I wonder how long it will take for someone to tell be where or what this building is in the borough of Morecambe.



It is on the 1890 OS map, and there used to be a Garage adjoining the same thoroughfare.
The garage was Mayfield garage

The view you can see is on the thoroughfare that forms it's address in the phone book. BUT, I would say the front of the building was facing a road on the Right.
The front of the building is on Ellis Drive

There is a road nearby with royal connections.
Princes crescent

There is / was a Tithe Barn nearby. I think it is still there perhaps with a different roof and being put to a different use during my lifetime.
It was or is Frank Chapmans

Not far away you could find a property for the Blind People.
Overends Blinds - Bare Lane

In years gone by there was the home of a pantomime character nearby.
The Cinderella Home

They also have this 'soldier' in the garden.

I think it is almost opposite the little fishmongers in Poulton? Just up the road from the red petrol pump.

It looks like it was originally two houses because the windows don't match.

Well it has been one place for as long as I can remember. I suppose in years gone by there may have been an addition to the original building.
