"The losses are of a scale which we didn't expect", said the new boss of RBS. So where has all the money gone or is that not know by the bunch of financial dumbwits who were running the RBS.
The old boss though isn't in the least bit bothered because despite the fact that under his unbelievably poor leadership, the bank has lost an incredible amount of money, he will still recieve an obscene pension.
The pension was awarded to him by the board of RBS before we, the taxpayers took over. How can they offer him any pension at all when they do not have any money?
What a load of useless bankers!

He's so bloomin arrogant about it too isn't he? Like he still thinks he's entitled to it. Can you blame him? THE poor bloke gets his money in dribs and drabs (Was it £106,000 per annum) while other fat cats get their "millions" in a lump sum on a yearly basis. He feels justified that he should be a member of that exclusive club that other high-profile business men are in. All the M.P's are on a guaranteed pension even if they get kicked out within 3 or 4 years, If you are on a board of directors in a major company you are sitting pretty for the rest of your life --------- and consider this! WHO else can afford to buy these rambling mansions situated within large estates if bonuses were not paid out in 7 digit numbers? How much would it cost the treasury to stop these buildings from crumbling to the ground? YOU the underpaid should be grateful that the top 1% are paid such huge sums for sitting on their b*ms because when they retire (at around 50) they help promote the good old feudal system that has worked so well in England for centuries!

OK, so where do I sign up for the job? I could do a few years and happily retire on that payout - buy that nice little house in Morecambe AND the villa in Tunisia! ;D
