There's apparently a Hyndburn Close there but I can't find it on any map so presume it must be a new estate.

It shows in Google earth but it isn't labelled.

As Keith said it is opposite the college entrance on Morecambe road. But the estate is a few years old now. Here is a picture of Hyndburn Close. excuse the quality it is a pic of my laptop screen

Before you buy it, stand at the roundabout during the rush hour and see how long it is before a gap appears. It is like a race track round there most of the time but at rush hour I would say it would be almost impossible to get out.

And I believe that to be the one below with the red car on the drive

And on yesterdays picture it is the one on the right with a big conservatory at the back.

It did have a lovely big conservatory but the rest of the house looked quite small. I still fancy one down the other end of Morecmbe but we can't afford it.
