Stayed there last Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. It's on the old Odeon cinema site. Compared the on-line price against the Morecambe Travelodge, but Lancaster was £19 a night (Room Only) as against £39 a night in Morecambe. Booked a double (Rm 333), which was on the 3rd floor (Kings St), and had great views of the Castle and Priory. Room was big enough, with a decent sized bathroom/shower. Wall mounted flat screen TV, comfy bed, fluffy towels (changed daily). Breakfasted next door at Wetherspoons. Didn't have a car, so no problems parking. Excellent vfm.

A nice Modern place I assume. Certainly the price was right.

Very modern Trev. There's 115 rooms on 3 floors (6 wings), and I reckon while we were there only about 20 rooms were occupied, so very quiet. Not somewhere to go to be social with other guests. Leave all the socialising to everything else that Lancaster has on offer.

The empty spaces below that hotel should soon start to fill up, I've heard a local web company is running out of space and moving there.
