Flemish part of Belgium get BBC on cable TV and speak almost perfect English (+ French and German) by the age of 9.

OK so marketing blows your frock up.
Look at the button:-
There is a girl by the button. There is a guy on a bike by the button.
These two events do not occur at the same time.
If somebody started shooting, most people would dive for cover - the spectators just stood and watched.
Finally - I have been to Belgium, Charleroi to be precise, in 2001. It was the year after German and English football fans smashed up their beautiful city in the name of football.
We were treated like vermin although we are not lovers of football. The final straw came when we were refused service in a pavement cafe because we were English.
The following day, we left the country and went to France where, despite the fact that there is supposed to be hatred between the French and Brits, we had a very memorable few days.
As for Belgium, there is no way that the events in the video are spontaneous.
