We've had a northerly breeze (which comes over the mountains and is cold). So daytime temps are a bit colder than normal - say 13C yesterday. BTW, I have to disable my firewall to see your pics and avatar. www.studiosoft.co.uk/ seems to be the only website I have problems with. I'm using Windows7 + Chrome + McAfee Peter

Hi Keith. The Christmas turkey replacement looks good but we just stuck yo the good old Turkey. I like the pictures that you have posted in particular the ones with the squared plates with multiple sweets on them. We have the same cutlery set as your spoons by the way.
I see that you didn't just need the 4 plates but had to find an additional one. I suppose that was the very tall person that left their walking stick hung up.
Enjoy the rest of the holidays, and I hope the weather is kind to you.
Peter your temperatures are not too far from ours, but perhaps a little lower in the daytime. It was really good to view all your pictures. fortunately I can view all the pictures with no problems,
Best wishes all. Trev..

We only got the rectangular plates last year and when we went for them they only had 4. We said we would go back and get some more but as always with these things, we never did so we had to be inventive. Daughter #2 is happy with the Chritmas scene so that is OK.
Peter - I can't understand why the pictures don't show for you. Is it just the forum pictures on here you can't see or any of the pictures on my main site?
We are looking forward to New Year's Eve now where it will be Mrs Keef, a duck and me. We are still on with the house training but there is a bit of work still to be done. We are having similar problems with the duck too.
Cheers for the New Year - I'll drink to that!

Peter - I can't understand why the pictures don't show for you. Is it just the forum pictures on here you can't see or any of the pictures on my main site? When I try to access www.studiosoft.co.uk I get an error message : Unable to access the network Google Chrome is having trouble accessing the network.
This may be because your firewall or antivirus software wrongly thinks that Google Chrome is an intruder on your computer and is blocking it from connecting to the Internet. Here are some suggestions: Add Google Chrome as a permitted programme in your firewall or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted programme, try deleting it from the list of permitted programmes and adding it again. Error 138 (net::ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED): Unable to access the network.Curious ?

It is curious, especially as you say all other sites work ok.
Nobody else has mentioned this problem and I have Chrome, IE8 and Firefox on my dev machine and everything on the site works OK on all three. All very curious, I will ask an expert to see if they can suggest what is wrong.

It used to work and I don't remember changing anything.
Have you changed anything recently ?

All of my sites were moved to another server about a month ago but I have not had any reports of missing pictures from any of my visitors.
I have posted a question with people far more technical than me, to see if they can suggest a possible cause.

Lovely, ha ha.

She is a lovely cat but as mad as a box of frogs and enjoys nothing more than knocking Christmas cards over. She goes back to the depths of Yorkshire tomorrow with #2 daughter and our Christmas cards may at last remain where they are put.
