I wanted to keep any ascent to a minimum today as I have been having difficulty with my breathing of late. It was a funny sort of day, we could see for miles but with high white cloud it was quite dull. The choice for today's walk was the low lying Humphrey Head near Kent's Bank which for some reason known only I suppose to Wainwright himself was included in his Outlying Fells of Lakeland book. The pictures from our walk are now available to view on the website for those wishing to do so. Regards, Dave
