Hi folks,
They are hoping to run the open day on September 5th..
And they hope to hold most of the action around the New Hoverhouse..
Barrow's (Tamar),Fleetwood's (Tyne) class boats have been invited, And hopefully a Seaking Helicopter from Raf Valley.
Lets hope it's nice and sunny.

No idea at the moment whether we'll be able to make it or not but fingers crossed for a nice day. There has been some abslutely awful weather this summer hasn't there?

I have absolutely no idea why a 'solut' should be censored as I haven't a flippin clue what one is! ;D

Hi ESM. I hope you and yours are OK. I have missed you on the STD competitions. Re the lifeboat open day.... I thought that I would have been able to find out on line, but sadly no. Morecambe RNLI have their own website www.morecambelifeboat.org/But although it was updated on the 11th of August, there is no mention of an 'Open Day' anywhere that I can see. They do have a phone number on there so maybe a call is the best way to get an answer. Best wishes. Trev.. |

Hi Trev, I have not been able to get Online much due to looking after my grandson during the school hols. Mind you, I do have a STD all ready and waiting for when it is my turn though. Thanks for the info about the Lifeboat thing. I'll try to get their number and will call them tomorrow. esm xx |
