Took advantage of the nice weather to recycle a pallet into a bird table, this is now in the front garden where we can see it from the comfort of our sofa. We have a large family of noisy magpies nesting in the trees behind us. The noise is when cat are climbing the trees, trying to get to the young in the nest. I have been trying to get a video of the magpies attacking the cats which is quite interesting and at the moment the magpies seem to have the upper hand. It is the magpies who use the bird table most too as they seem to have more than a passing liking to meal worms. I can't see the attraction myself as they taste a bit too bitter for me. They didn't taste much better with honey on them either. The old feeders from the front are now round the back and the small birds seem to prefer this location as it is more sheltered.

Hi Keith. Good pictures as usual. But better than usual DIY work to make the Bird house. It has all the good edging strips on and should be a good place for birds to get their food We too have magpies here, and like yours they tend to scream at lot at our cat as he prowls around.
Our cat is boss man at this house as he gets me up to let him in by 'knocking' at the door. He did just that about half an hour ago and is now waiting for me to feed him a 4 o'clock here.
I am reminded by your post that I have not done my Cyprus one for ages. I will have a look at it later.
By the way.... bad news about Megazone.
Cheers. Trev..

By the sound of it, nothing really changes in Trevor land. We saw an old mate of yours a few weeks ago, we went onto the North roundhead to take photos of the bikers going to the TT on the Ben My Cree - non of the miserable gits waved to us. I told Mrs Keef that it was your job to go on there and empty the Captain's bowels and she believed me We knew nothing about Megazone apart from smelling burning and having checked that Mrs Keef wasn't burning, settled back into telly mode.
