Well..... What can I hope for in this quiz. I think it will last longer but possible because it is earlier in the day. This building is in Morecambe, but I have wiped the name off the front stonework. The street or the name of the building will do. Good luck. Trev..

Well Keith, your guess would be wrong. Sorry in one respect, but glad that it is not that easy.

No It's not Dave, but you are very near. A clue I was going to give......
This is obviously a picture of the upper floor. There are many properties downstairs.

Wouldn't be an Estate Agent on the ground floor would there?

There are a few estate agents in that street.
What did the building used to be? Was it a Co-op?

Well as a joint effort I think you have just about got there.
It is called 'St Georges hall.' It is an Old Masonic Hall on Victoria Street, Morecambe, now in use on the ground floor as 'Farrell Heyworth' an estate agents.
Marks and Spencer were on the big corner building. And I cannot recollect there being a Coop in Victoria street.
Well done all. Trev.

Marks and Spencer were on the big corner building. Ooooh THANK YOU Trev! I said there used to be a M&S in Morecambe and the staff in our local M&S insisted I was wrong and that there'd only ever been one in Lancaster. I said if you went up from the prom between Greenwoods and Oasis it used to be to the right up there but they reckoned I'd dreamed it! ;D

The people you would have been talking to were probably just 'young whippersnappers' ;D
Cheers. Trev..
