Sunderland Point has long been a favourite area of both Edith and I. It was here that we had our first walks together as a young couple back in 1962 when I was home on leave from the Merchant Navy and Edith lived nearby in the village of Overton. However I was by myself for this walk as I had not slept well and was up early. I could see the sky starting to colour as the sun started to rise so I grabbed the camera and within 10-15 minutes was parked up at Sunderland. A glorious short walk with familiar but fantastic views which I shall treasure for some time. Pictures from the walk are now available to view on the website for those wishing to do so. Regards, Dave

You captured some good shots there Dave- right place at the right time and all that. The thing I find annoying is that the camera never quite captures just how stunning the view was.
