Usual rules apply and there are 15 differences in the bottom pic 
(Willow is aware of just one answer 'cos I needed her advice on what to do. I will allow her to take part as long as she doesn't answer that one!) ;D
1) mpprh - Red car (centre left) ; there it was - gone !
2) mpprh - 1 overhead telephone wire removed
3) trevnhil - The sign / plaque over the letterbox has gone.
4) Trevnhil - Some Weeds have been killed off.
5) mpprh - Pink ball under pillar on left front of balcony has been removed
6) mpprh - Outside light above patio doors moved
7) Trevnhil - The chairs on the balcony have had the arms cut off
8) Willow - A section of drainpipe has been removed.
9) mpprh - Windows inverted right house centre right
10) Trevnhil - Top piece of castellated gable has been shortened.
11) Willow - Bollard far right has moved.
12) mpprh - Keyhole removed from grey postbox
13) Trevnhil - The Pink door has a panel missing.
14) Trevnhil - A window in the white house has the right hand frame missing.
15) mpprh - P on parking restriction sign inverted
THE FINAL RESULTS (In reverse order) ARE AS FOLLOWS:
In third place -
with two points, WILLOW 
In second place -
with a magnificent 6 points, TREVNHIL
